You Raise Me Up

Durante o passeio que fiz pra Wicklow - na Irlanda - o nosso motorista-guia, um senhor muito simpático, que além de contar as histórias dos lugares, e falar sobre todos os assuntos imagináveis durante o passeio, também diversificava colocando trechos de músicas de artistas irlandeses. E foi nessa que eu conheci a banda 'Celtic Woman', um grupo de cinco mulheres irlandesas, formado desde 2004. Talvez alguém já conheça, mas pra mim foi novidade. A música que ele colocou pra gente escutar foi "you raise me up" composta por Brendan Graham, escritor também irlândes. Acho que essa é uma das músicas mais lindas que eu já ouvi. E na voz delas, ficou muito maravilhoso. De chorar. Tem outras lindas também...Caledonia, The Last Rose of Summer (que até comentei no penúltimo post, do poeta irlandês)...vale a pena ouvir essas mulheres...
